Sarah Nosal, MD, FAAFP is proud to have worked with The Institute for the past 20 years in support of its mission to provide care for the underserved. She is a builder: optimistic, energetic and enthusiastic.  She brings new ideas, services and programs to her work.  Within her first year at Urban Horizons she had implemented comprehensive women’s health care including prenatal care, ultrasound and procedures.
